Our LPG transfer pumps are designed and manufactured within the scope of the European Parliament's ATEX Directive 2014/34/EU (Equipment and Protective Systems Used in Potentially Explosive Atmospheres). Thanks to its structure in accordance with high safety standards, it can be used safely in explosive atmospheres.

Technical Specifications:

  • Pump Type: Self-priming, side channel type
  • Operation Feature: Capable of sucking gas as well as liquid
  • Sound Level Low noise operation
  • Areas of Use: LPG filling stations, tanker unloading, industrial LPG transfer systems

Advantages:

  • ATEX certified safe design
  • Quiet and efficient operation
  • Ability to transfer gas and liquid phases simultaneously
  • Long-lasting, durable construction

Application Areas:
These pumps are especially preferred in applications where LPG needs to be transferred safely and efficiently between storage tanks, filling systems and transportation units.

Foot Valve

When the pump is running, it keeps the diaphragm in the open position, allowing LPG to flow into the suction line. When the pump stops, the diaphragm closes automatically and prevents the liquid from returning to the tank.

Thanks to this mechanism, there is always liquid LPG in the suction line. Thus:

  • The risk of pump dry running is eliminated,
  • Gasification problems are prevented,
  • Pump service life is significantly extended.

Available sizes: 1½" to 3"
Areas of Use: LPG filling plants, transfer lines, industrial applications

By-Pass Valve

The by-pass valve is a critical component of LPG systems. For maximum pump efficiency and long life, when the pressure exceeds a predetermined threshold value, the flapper inside the valve automatically opens to direct excess liquid back into the tank.
